We manufacture quality valves and fittings such as air conditioner valves, brass flare unions, and flare nuts, using the latest automatic processing technology provided by Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machines. Using professional CNC plant machinery including lathes, grinders and milling machines enables us to optimise the quality tolerance of our material cutting, allowing us to finely-tune tolerances in great detail. We can produce minute and accurate incremental sizes with precision in the region of 0.02mm, to ensure the uniform production of small items that must be sized exactly, such as brass flare unions in 1/4” and 7/8” sizing.
