New Vision HVAC began life in 1996 as part of the Grand Group Corporation and has quickly grown into one of the most respected manufacturers of air conditioning, refrigeration, heating devices and auto parts in the sector. We specialise in producing copper coils and fittings, air conditioning copper fittings, copper u-bends, copper return bends, refrigeration parts, brass valves and plumbing parts. Additionally we produce industry tools to high specifications.

Our aim is to provide a bespoke service for our customers that meets their specific needs. To that end we have developed processes that allow us to create parts that are precise and technically robust. We are proud to use the ISO9001 quality certificate system and we ensure that our parts meets CE and RoHS standards where appropriate. This commitment to quality is the hallmark of our success and is why our customers return to us time and again. Through the use of Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machines we are able to offer the highest quality fittings such as copper u-bends, that are highly precise with a diameter tolerance of just 0.02mm. In fact we can produce parts to any dimension required by our customers using this milling machine.

We are also very proud of our highly skilled staff, who are specifically trained to operate our machines. This special training places them in the top of their field and we take care to only employ the very best in the sector, ensuring that our customers receive parts that are created by true craftsmen.
